About Emma
My passion for property began almost 30 years ago when I purchased my first home in Newtown, Geelong at the age of 22. After renovating the property myself, I managed the rental and then subsequently sold it for a solid profit. I’ve since renovated multiple homes, built a portfolio of investment properties and currently building our family's custom home in Alphington, a passion project that has been many years in the making.
I believe buying property should be an exciting and rewarding experience, not an overwhelming one. Every buyer has unique goals, priorities and circumstances. My approach is to take the time to truly understand both your known and often undiscovered needs, ensuring you purchase a property that is the right fit for you, not just for today, but for the future.
Years of renovating, investing and building have skilled me with a keen eye for quality. I look beyond the styling and presentation to identify opportunities, risks and trade-offs that others can easily overlook.
Having personally purchased properties and attended countless inspections and auctions (and making some costly mistakes along the way), I understand both the practical and emotional aspects of the buying journey.
I've called Melbourne home for more than 25 years, including the past 16 years in Alphington. I have a genuine love for Melbourne's Inner North East and everything that makes it special, from walking in Darebin Parklands to exploring local cafés, restaurants and shopping with family and friends.
If you asked my friends or clients to describe me, they would say I'm curious, dependable, someone who gets things done, and genuinely invested in helping others achieve their goals and celebrate their successes.
After decades of leading sales and account management teams, I realised what I enjoy most is working closely with people, understanding their aspirations, solving problems and creating positive outcomes. Buyer advocacy brings all of those things together. It allows me to combine my passion for property with my love of helping people make confident decisions, while giving them back precious time to focus on their family, career and the things that matter most.
